I am passionate about Early Years Education, with a drive to continuously raise standards through facilitating clear, improvement-focused communication between children, parents and fellow staff.
Over the past nine years, my focus has been on continuously raising standards of Early Years provision at WSS through developing team awareness of the ‘Philosophy of Learning Through Play’ and creating stimulating environments across the Junior Section. The innovative, creative and learning-rich Junior Section classrooms have consistently been appreciated by Inspectors and Review teams! Our commitment to engaging, independent learning opportunities nurtures our young learners according to their individual needs and enables each one to thrive in a safe, secure and happy environment.
